Larger or custom-built items may take 10–14 business days, depending on stock availability, customization, and your delivery location. Estimated shipping times will be displayed during checkout for your convenience. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time. We offer nationwide delivery across the U.S., with international shipping available upon request. Oversized & Freight Shipments For oversized or heavy products such as large fireplaces, stone fire pits, or commercial-grade BBQs, delivery may be handled by specialized freight carriers. These shipments may require additional coordination, and the carrier will contact you directly to arrange delivery. Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products, including BBQs, ranges, and fireplaces, that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during return transit. Return Shipping Responsibility Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and condition. Note: Oversized or heavy products such as large fireplaces, built-in BBQs, or custom kitchen ranges may be considered final sale if opened, assembled, or altered. Clearance and special-order items are also non-returnable. Refund Processing Refunds are issued once the returned product is inspected and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at checkout.
